She has co-created FANTOM which provides workplace mediation services and training as well as that of Koaching Freedom which is a transformative coaching provider.
Fania obtained her experience as a mediator initially by co mediating community disputes and facilitating public dialogues. She has moved on to solely mediating and co mediating commercial, workplace and family cases in Greece and abroad since 2011.
She is familiar with negotiating in an international multicultural environment.
Depending on the conflict involved, Fania adjusts her mediation style. She uses the transformative and narrative approach when she mediates on community issues and the facilitative approach on Commercial and Family Mediation. She finds the evaluative approach on commercial and workplace mediation (towards the end of the negotiation phase) quite useful when combined with the facilitative approach during the exploration phase.
How to be a mediator for her is how to be an exceptional human being. A mediator is the person who creates a safe environment for the parties to meet and talk. Her constant focus is inspired by, out of the box thinking, creating solutions that make a difference, working with integrity that serves both clients and people and striving for a better world by striving to become better, day by day.
